  • The letter should take the form of a ticket

  • Information telling them when the tickets will

Adding fields (Needed for a distinction)
1. Click Insert and select Field
2. In Categories select Date and Time
5. Select your format
4. Select Date
6. Repeat the process but select other categories
such as Document name and add this to you letter.

To add your address at the bottom
  • Click View
  • Then Footer
  • Then fill in the details at the bottom of the
    page
