DODONI
22 km southeast of Ioannina lies one of the most
ancient cities in Greece Findings belonging to
the bronze age indicate that the first Hellenic
tribes arrived here around 2.500 B.C. There the
first ancient oracle was set up marked by the
oracular oak.
