As unfinished vehicles reach a predetermined
point on the manufacturing line (generally after
the vehicle leaves paint)
Supplier
The OEM electronically sends a broadcast or file
to a supplier requesting various required parts
for a specific make and model of automobile.

SPD Pro receives the broadcast through the Host
Module which verifies the accuracy of the data,
and translates it into a format usable by the
rest of the SPD Pro system.

Management Module. Load Management organizes the
data into queues for the manufacturing and/or
scanning and packing processes.

the scanned data matches the OEMs requirements
for that sequence.

and affixed to the part.
