Serbian National Strategy for Sustainable
Development NSDS

• is still in the process of drafting
• Process initiated in 2003 - National Council for
  Sustainable Development established and process
  was slowed down due to elections. EU integration
  process sparked continuation in autumn 2005
• Success of LSDS contributed to NSDS process
• SCTM and Programe were included from the very
  beginning in NSDS process as a key stakeholder,
  but also with the expertise in drafting process
• First draft in spring 2007
