Outlook

• Gammasphere operated successfully at ATLAS for a
  two year period. The success was due largely to
  the commitment of manpower and resources to the
  project.
• Our group will continue to utilize Gammasphere
  while it is at LBNL. Already peformed one
  experiment on 152Dy.
• We have no competitive in-house Ge array (BaF2
  array, MSU-Ge array, subset of Gammasphere
  detectors 10-20).
• We will make a proposal to host Gammasphere again
  ( 2002).
• Support research and development of tracking
  detectors. Have purchaced Ge DSSD and currently
  testing it.
