Hypothesis

• A hypothesis is a guess or a prediction about
  what you think might happen.
• It is something which you then prove (or
  disprove).

• Be aware of the questions needed to test a

• Be aware of how to phrase questions in a
  questionnaire

• You are going to do some research for a new TV
  slot for 11-14 year-olds (e.g. like CBBC). You
  need to think about
• When the TV slot will be shown
• What programmes (or type of programmes will be
  shown
• Write three hypotheses (predictions) for this TV
  slot.
