me based on various standards. My job was to
enhance college students experience by creating
opportunities promoting learning, growing, and
mattering for all students on every floor, in
every community.

This is a thank you letter I received from the
Ronald McDonald House after the 70 girls on my
floor collected over 5 gallons of pop tabs. The
donation provided money for families in need in
the community.

These are examples of programs I led at Lincoln
Avenue Residence Hall to enhance diversity
awareness and help students develop a community
in their residence hall through social and
academic interaction.

Evaluations were completed after each program to
reflect on the overall effectiveness, popularity,
and organization of the residence hall program.
These evaluations were used as references when
programming for the following school year.
