The School

• Our school is a small school. But we have three
  big classrooms.
• class 2 and class 3 are in the main building and
  class 1 is in a separate hut opposite.

Class 1

• In Class One their teacher is Mr Lough
• The teaching assistants are Mrs.Grant and Mrs
  Davey who also works in pre-school.

Class3

• This is about our class .There are twenty one
  pupils all aged nine to eleven. We do maths and
  English every day. We have assembly led by all
  the teachers and Class 3 children lead early
  morning exercises when its not raining.

Class 2

• In Class 2 there are twenty six children .They
  are aged from 6 to 9. They come to assembly with
  us and, also do the early morning exercises.
• There is one main teacher called Mrs Caller
• There is also Mrs Kirby who is a teaching
  assistant .

• Mrs. Caller is Class 2s teacher
• Mr. Lough is Class 1s new teacher
• Mrs. Kirby is Class 2s teaching assistant
• Mrs Davey and Mrs Grant are Class 1 s teaching
  assistants .

• Our school is in a village called Halberton.
• Halberton is a large village in the County of
  Devon between the towns of Cullompton and
  Tiverton and close to the city of Exeter. The
  Grand Western Canal meanders though the village
  and is a designated Country Park.

• Halberton is situated between the two large
  moors and National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor.
  We are also between the coasts of North and South
  Devon.
• Our nearest town in Tiverton which is also on the
  canal and has the River Exe flowing through it.

• Exeter is our nearest city, also on the River Exe
  and is about 20 miles away.
• It is the county town of Devon and has a
  population of about 120,000.
• It is full of character and and has a cathedral
  which dates back to Norman times
