  • When entering dollar amounts in the budget (plan
    only), only use numeric characters
  • Staff data can be imported if applications are
    done in the correct order EOY report to plan of
    following year to EOY report for that year, etc.

  • Once the EOY report has been completed, it might
    be helpful to share copies of the Student Count
    and Staff Summary with your business office as
    they prepare the final bilingual-bicultural claim
  • Plan estimate while EOY Report actual
    absolute accuracy is important for the report,
    but not as important for the plan

  • The Plan Narrative
  • ONLY CHANGES should be included until further
    notice but each section must include something.
    For sections with no changes, simply include
    NA or no changes
  • B. Type of Program All programs must use L1 to
    support instruction. All programs serving
    Spanish speakers must be bilingual.

    notified of their legal right to appeal the
    districts decision NOT to place their child in a
