Tutorial How to Modify or Cancel an Existing
Reservation for the 2010 ARVO Annual Meeting

With your acknowledgment number in-hand, click on
Already Have a Reservation

Enter your last name acknowledgment number
indicate modify or cancel

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
To modify ONLY your arrival or departure date,
click Edit next to Room Check-In Details

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
To shorten your stay (within the allowable
minimum-night stay requirement if applicable),
use the drop-down menus.

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
If you want to stay longer than originally
planned, click on Extend your stay to see if
rooms are available.

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
To modify other reservation details, click
Edit next to room type description

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
Enter changes to who will be using the room or to
contact information OR

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
enter new or additional special requests, OR

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
make sure everyone sharing the room is on the
reservation (this is especially important if you
have special requests that apply to room shares
rollaway beds, double room v. king, etc.) OR

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
change the name of the person sharing
the room with you OR

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
add your roommates email address to send them a
copy of the acknowledgment OR send it to others
who might need the information.

MODIFY/CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION
Make sure you receive confirmation of the
modification. You will also receive an email
confirming the modification.

CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
To CANCEL your reservation completely, click on
Cancel this Reservation

CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
Make sure you receive the confirmation screen.
You will also receive an email confirming the
cancellation.

If you do not receive email confirmation of your
changes or cancellation or if you have questions,
email the ARVO Housing Bureau at
gflhousing_at_broward.org. They will get back to
you within a week, depending on the volume of
