- Financial Support Package for each TSP Client
- Professional 11 Coaching Package

choice of flats, and only in the borough you are
currently residing in Look Ahead Client

- Additional move on pathways via utilisation of
the private rented sector - Accelerated resettlement for low-needs residents
- Reduces the pressure on local authority housing
registers moving low priority
individuals into the private rented sector

from property brokers tapering to arms length

stages of transition.

7TSP Graduation What Happens Next?
- Clients receive a Graduation Grant once they
have remained in employment and a tenancy for 6
months. - Access to the Broadway Tenancy Hotline Support
for a further 6 months. - Pre-employment and tenancy sustainment training
focuses on managing independent living and
knowledge of where to turn to for help - Where needed clients will be referred to local
services. - TSP Graduates can contact TSP throughout the
lifetime of the pilot.
