  • I was in Malawi and met with a group of women
    living with HIV. As I always do when I meet
    people with HIV/AIDS and other community groups,
    I asked them what their highest priority was.
    Their answer was clear and unanimous food. Not
    care, not drugs for treatment, not relief from
    stigma, but food.
