more comfortable with TFIDs new Electronic Plan
Submission process - We currently estimate that you should be able to
complete this walk-through in less than 20
minutes
3Helping You Meet FDA Requirements
- The Texas Fair Defense Act requires counties to
submit indigent defense plans to the Task Force
every 2 years - Eligibility for TFID grant funds is based on
compliance with FDA requirements - Submitting your plan should be much easier once
you begin using the new process

28Uploading Forms
You can use existing county forms or templates
provided by the Task Force. The next few slides
will show you how to upload forms to the Task
Force site.
29Sample Forms
Sample Forms are templates created by TFID and
may be used as part of your plan.
To use a sample form, click on the link you want.
Once the document is open, you may make any
necessary changes.
Once you are ready, you may save to your computer
as your own form. Then, this can be uploaded to
the TFID site.
