EIC and Valid SCC/SIC

• EIC is assigned to each valid SCC/SIC combination
• New combinations are assigned upon positive
  verification
• Combination is not valid if SCC does not exist,
  SIC does not exist or SCC SIC are not both for
  the same process type (commercial or industrial)
• In CEIDARS there are 50,000 valid SCC/SIC
  combinations
