2The Process
Georgia-Robins Aerospace Maintenance Partnership
Today
- Normally awarded competitively
- Normally done outside of GA
- Little sharing of resources
- Little flexibility for variable work
Solution A PPP where capabilities are shared
(people, facilities, best practices, etc)
- Result
- Duplication
- Competition
- Delays
Contract(s)
WR-ALC (Capacity constraints)
G-RAMP Implementation is Based on a Significantly
Different ApproachAir Force, Industry, State,
and Community
3G-RAMP Defined

aircraft availability and reduce costs. - The Partnership would also enhance aerospace
workforce and technology development
capabilities.
Go-No Go Criteria
- Must support WR-ALC sustainment requirements
