majority of their day collecting water, when the
river dries up and villagers have no source of
clean water.
- Solution
- The women of Moti Moral Village organized a
village organization and worked with Aga Khan
Foundation to build rooftop rainwater harvesting
structures

million school children do not have access to
safe drinking water (UNICEF)

- Aga Khan Foundation organizes communities to
build clean and safe water supply systems,
especially close to schools.
