Whats New?

• All Employers must file a single Quarterly
  employment and wage filing at detail level with
  DUA
• Subject Contributory and Reimbursable
• Non-Subject Employers
• DUA QUEST will calculate contributions due
• Excess wages no longer need to be tracked
• Out-of-State wage credit
• A manual process has been established to verify
  and process the out of state wage credit
• All Employer Third Party Administrator (TPA) must
  register with DUA
• All employers if using a TPA must establish the
  relationship in QUEST by authorizing the TPA
  access

Where Are We Now

• Application Testing began in Feb. 2009
• We are in User Acceptance Testing Phase of the
  project Last phase of testing.
• Training for DUA employees on schedule to start
  on October 2, 2009
• Conducting communication sessions

Employment and Wage Detail Process

• Single Employment and Wage report for DOR and DUA
  will be filed in QUEST
• Based on the Filing Quarter and Employer
  Subjectivity Selected Employers/ Agents will are
  required to file ONLINE
• 2009 4th Quarter (Filing Due by January 31,
  2010)
• Gross Wages _at_ Employer Level (i.e. current filing
  reference -1700, Form 1)
• Employment and Wage Detail at Employee level
  (NEW)
• 2009 3rd Quarter and Prior
• Only Gross Wages _at_ Employer Level (i.e. current
  filing reference -1700, Form 1, Form 0735, and
  Form 1711-HI)
• 2010 1st Quarter (Filing Due by April 30th 2010)
• Employment and Wage Detail at Employee level
  (NEW)

  related to Account Activation is targeted for
  arrival around Nov 15th, 2009.
• QUEST Go-Live December 7, 2009
• December Self Service start-up activities in
  QUEST
• Third Party Administrator (TPA) Registration
• Employer Account Activation
• Employers to establish TPA relationships
• Conduct all business in QUEST
