• RCW 70.94.551 mandates General Administration to
  coordinate state agency CTR program. 1 FTE at GA
• 49 state agencies 24 institutions of higher
  education at over 175 worksites participate in
  CTR programs
• 38 agencies offer financial subsidies
• State Agency Rider (STAR) Pass to all state
  employees assigned to worksites in Thurston
  County
• ERH program available to all state employees
  located in Thurston, Pierce, King, and Spokane
  counties
• Bicycle cage program on Capitol Campus
• Employee parking restricted to local parking
  ordinances
