Title: IS YAHSHUA THE TRUE PROPHET

1

A PROPHET LIKE UNTO MOSES
  • IS YAHSHUA THE TRUE PROPHET????

2
Luke 2427 And beginning at Moses and all the
prophets, he expounded unto them in all the
scriptures the things concerning himself.
3
Luke 2444 And he said unto them, These are the
words which I spake unto you, while I was yet
with you, that all things must be fulfilled,
which were written in the law of Moses, and in
the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
45 Then opened he their understanding, that
they might understand the scriptures,
4
How come the Jews do not believe in Yahshua as
the Prophet send by YHVH????
5
According to Jewish understanding Moses is the
Standard by which any prophet is measured and
they understand that the future Prophet send by
YHVH has to be like MOSES
6
Deuteronomy 1818 I will raise them up a Prophet
from among their brethren, like unto thee, and
will put my words in his mouth and he shall
speak at unto them all that I shall command him.
19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever
will not hearken unto my words which he shall
speak in my name, I will require it of him. 20
But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a
word in my name, which I have not commanded him
to speak, or that shall speak in the name of
other gods, even that prophet shall die.
7
DOES YAHSHUA QUALIFY AS THAT PROPHET SEND BY
YHVH????
  • WE NEED TO SEARCH OUT SCRIPTURES AND PROVE THAT
YAHSHUA IS MESSIAH (ANNOINTED) LIKE UNTO MOSES

8
John 1249 For I have not spoken of myself but
the Father which sent me, he gave me a
commandment, what I should say, and what I should
speak.
9
John 523 That all men should honour the Son,
even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth
not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath
sent him. 24 Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that heareth my word, and believeth on him
that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall
not come into condemnation but is passed from
death unto life.
10
John 530 I can of mine own self do nothing as I
hear, I judge and my judgment is just because I
seek not mine own will, but the will of the
Father which hath sent me.
John 536 But I have greater witness than that of
John for the works which the Father hath given
me to finish, the same works that I do, bear
witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.
11
John 716 Yahshuaanswered them, and said, My
doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17
If any man will do his will, he shall know of the
doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I
speak of myself.
12
Typology of the second coming in the life of Moses
  • Moses revealed himself the first time but was
rejected by His brethen but the second time Moses
showed himself was with the power and the name of
YHVH as a redeemer of Israel
  • Yahshua when HE first revealed to HIS brothers
they rejected him but the second time Yahshua
will show himself to his brethen He is coming
with the name of YHVH as the Redeemer of Israel

13
Midrash Rabbah - Numbers XI2   . My beloved
spoke, and said unto me (S.S. II, 10). He said, I
am theYHVH thy Elohim(Ex. XX, 2). Another
exposition of the text, ' My beloved is like a
gazelle Israel, explained R. Isaac, said to
the Holy One, blessed be He ' Sovereign of the
Universe! Thou hast told us that Thou wilt come
to us first. ' My beloved is like a gazelle
as the gazelle appears and then disappears, so
the first redeemer appeared and then disappeared.

4Q521, Dead Sea Scrolls at Qumran
"And as for the wonders that are not the work of
Adonai, when he, that is the Messiah, comes then
he will heal the sick, resurrect the dead, and to
the poor announce glad tidings." 4Q521, Dead Sea
Scrolls at Qumran
15
Midrash Ruth Rabbath 56
"He will be with the last deliverer, (Messiah),
as with the first (Moses) as the first deliverer
revealed himself first to the Israelites and then
withdrew, so also will the last deliverer reveal
himself to the Israelites and then withdraw for a
while."
16
Midrash Rabbah - Ruth V6
The fifth interpretation makes it refer to the
Messiah . COME HITHER approach to royal state.
AND EAT OF THE BREAD refers to the bread of
royalty AND DIP THY MORSEL IN THE VINEGAR refers
to his sufferings, as it is said, But he was
wounded because of our transgressions (Isa. LIII,
5). AND SHE SAT BESIDE THE REAPERS, for he will
be deprived of his sovereignty for a time, as it
is said, For I will gather all nations against
Jerusalem to battle and the city shall be taken
(Zech. XIV, 2). AND THEY REACHED HER PARCHED
CORN, means that he will be restored to his
throne, as it is said, And he shall smite the
land with the rod of his mouth (Isa. XI, 4). R.
Berekiah said in the name of R. Levi The future
Redeemer will be like the former Redeemer.3 Just
as the former Redeemer revealed himself and later
was hidden from them
