  survey completed/updated 3-5 careers saved to

• Juniors also need to have completed the college
  search/comparison 3-5 schools saved to portfolio
• Seniors also need to have uploaded copies of
  post-secondary applications or completed the
  post-high school plan if not attending school
  after graduation
