    trust between he and employees.Now,Bob's
    wife,Norma bacame the leader.She was facing the
    situation that the employees might leave.How
    should she do to build up trust to run the
    company?

build up a work environment of trust, She should
emerge trust first. Draw up rule, policy and
process, the employee protected most demands
inside the organization and should be trust be
free from a small influence of bad influence.

2. Share information(????) Give the employee
more information, mean to deliver trust toward
the employee with the feeling of "we together.
This can help employee to treat organization and
the correlation between various internal
community, resources and target from wider angle.

3. Frankly and earnestly(????) Various
research all expresses that the employee think
greatly of a leadership most whether integrity.
People would like to follow the person whom
oneself trust. Business leadership if can frankly
and earnestly even treat a bad news can also use
a open kind and honesty of attitude, so Norma can
build up firm and long-term of trust
relation-regardless at company inner part still
exterior.

win(??????????) When the employee in the

leader extension, employee would like to even
accept an end result, because they no longer feel

relation and set up a reputation degree for the
leader.

meantime.But in a lot of organizations, the

more serious.Leader such as ability at oneself
make mistake brave to admit mistake, and know
nothing about being see as the cowardice-they
will be think to be morally upright, worthy of
being trust.
