for RSR 2008 (21 of 34) - Major change Spreadsheet import facility for
parts Ia, Ib, O - But lots of minor changes which should make life
easier

- Audit letter to be sent to data contact as well
as CEO - Time-stamp validation reports
- Improve print layout (order, margins, Part O
advice on printing to A3) - List LAs on both sides of page in Part O
- Improve sorting of Las in parts Ia, Ib, O
- Install program will check that PC meets minimum
requirements - Improve summary report to include all stock, and
consistent formatting

- Reporting of leasehold stock in part O (due to
burden on data providers) - Allowing data entry in parts Ia, Ib, O by columns
as well as rows (the new spreadsheet import
facility should be a help) - Cross validations only activated when relevant
parts complete (because it is not always possible
to tell when a part is complete) - Allowing negative service charges
