• Use the Article Types menu for different

• Click Search

  for more information on the article
• Click View PDF or View HTML to view article
• Click on a Keyword or Key Readings to find
  similar information

• Enter your keywords
• Click Search
• Limit results with the optional selections

• Click PDF or Text links to retrieve articles
• Click Locate Journal Article if not available
  full text through the database

• Is the article available in a UMW database? YES.
• What if the article is not available in a
  database? Use Illiad.

• Use the Advanced Search option
• Enter your keywords
• Consider using Limit Result choices to narrow
  your results
• Click Search

• Click Full-text to view the article
• Click Locate Journal Article if not full text
  through the database
• Use the Tabs at the top to find information in
  different types of publications

• What if the article is not available in a
  database? Use Illiad.

  electronic versions of periodicals at the UMW

• Under the Find Articles heading on the
  librarys homepage, click Journal Finder
• Search by keyword for the title of a journal,
  magazine, or newspaper
