Introduction

• The National Guard Bureau (NGB)

• Assist States with coordination for the
  employment of NG C4 capabilities in support of
  HLD/DSCA missions
• Develop and maintain the NG C4 COP
• Coordinate spectrum management assistance
• Coordinate SATCOM training and operations with
  DoD and Commercial teleports
• Provides interface with USNORTHCON on C4 related
  activity

JCCSE - Vision

• The vision for JCCSE is to enable the reliable
  and timely flow of key information to support
  state and Federal military activities, routine
  and otherwise, required for HLD, DSCA, and other
  mission needs.

Information systems and networks provide the
predominant source from which the warfighter
generates, receives, shares, and utilizes
information. The synthesis of advanced
communications system capabilities and sound
doctrine leads to information superiority, which
is essential to success in all military
