references, application, BOR composition,
timelines, etc.
AFTER Adv. Chair confirms everything is complete
and in order, Adv. Chair and Eagle BOR chair will
put the BOR together and arrange a BOR date and
time.

Attend your BOR in FULL proper uniform, with MB
sash handbook
When you pass the BOR, start PRE-planning your
ceremony
When approval from National comes back, PLAN your
ceremony
Hold your ceremony and celebrate.
