• Upon downloading file from the AIA Western
  Mountain Region web site please save file as 2007
  aia wmr submittal type .ppt. CD must utilize a PC
  format.
• Slide 1 is for instruction purposes only and
  should not be included in the submittal. All type
  size must be 12 pt and no background images on
  slides.
• Slide 2 is the Intent to Participate.
• Slide 3 4 (if necessary) is the Biographical
  Data slide. The slide must be the second slide of
  each presentation and shall contain biographical
  information of the nominee. (maximum 2 slides).
  Please indicate what year the structure was
  built.
• Slide 4 or 5 6 (if necessary) is the Statement
  of Contribution and Significance of the Structure
  slide. Information should be filled out
  carefully as this is the primary information the
  jury will study. Verification of age and a
  written description of why this structure is of
  significance to the WMR. (maximum 2 slides)
• Slides 7-26 Photographs images shall be black
  white or colored. Drawings may be submitted as
  images. No more than 20 images may be submitted.
  Please identify the photo or drawing on the
  actual image. You may put more than one image per
  slide however, only 20 images total will be
  allowed.
• Utilize slide 7 and/or slide 8 (of this package)
  for your submittal depending on if a white or
  black slide background best supports your project
  graphics and images. You may mix white and black
  slides in your PowerPoint submittal if you
  desire.
• Place images and text so that the aia
  designation located at the lower left corner of
  the slide remains visible. Utilize low to medium
  resolution JPG images only.
• More than one image may be placed on each slide
  if desired.
• Each PowerPoint slide should contain a brief
  statement that describes the image in
  relationship to the design concept. Be concise
  and use Arial Font only. Also, please indicate
  your role with this project.
