INTRODUCTION
Mohamed Niaz Abdulla Est., KSA began operations
as an overseas office for Code Red, India. Code
Red was established in the year 2005 with a clear
vision to be a significant player in Electro
Mechanical Contracting, Telecommunication IT
Network solutions business in India and Middle
East. The company is promoted by a group of
professionals in the field of Construction.

Management Structure
The Corporate Management of Code Red is
structured to give maximum management support to
the company. The apex body for corporate
governance consist of the managing director and
five executive directors. This body has to its
credit a combined industry experience of 50 plus
years in India and in the international arena.
This body provides the leadership and direction
to the organization and also engages in all
strategic and long term business decisions.

for supporting its operations. We have an IT
enabled modern office set up, a central
warehouse, an assembly and technical support
department and transport facility with adequate
vehicles.

Project Execution
Meticulous planning, monitoring and control of
project activities ensure timely completion of
projects. As soon as the work order is received
the Planning Engineering group in the main office
together with the site Engineering group prepares
detailed work schedules, material requirements
and cost estimates. A manual for the project
management acts as the guide for the engineers to
ensure quick mobilization, starting of the
project, monitoring and control of the
activities. Health, Safety Environment (HSE)
as well as Quality requirements are
simultaneously enforced.
Quantity Survey
Code Red has a Quantity Surveying section which
attends to pre-tender analysis of projects taken
up for bidding and post-tender monitoring of all
projects which eventually come up for execution.
