How the process worked
  • Our safety specialists developed an auditing

  • Daily/shift safety reporting to the project and
    owner
  • On-the-spot/hourly/daily/shift feedback with
    coaching and corrective measures

15
What This Means
  • Even though we grew in a short time, preparing
for change allowed us to keep our processes in
    check
  • Our management infrastructure grew in proportion
to the size of our field growth
  • As projects were added, we recruited, trained,
    and managed the process

Whats Ahead
  • CertifiedSafety will continue to grow
  • Through lessons learned and owner/general
contractor feedback, we will meet requirements
and expectations of those we serve
