employees. JobLink prepares individuals through
education, training and counseling and refers
qualified candidates to prospective employers.

self-directed job search - Office of Employment and Training (OET) provide
resources to assist customers with job search - The Virginia Initiative for Employment not
Welfare (VIEW) program has on-going supportive
services while customers pursue employment
