• There are requirements for History that voicemail
  URI doesnt satisfy
• The security properties of History are useful in
  the general case
• Using history for voicemail does not require
  configuration coordination between proxy and
  voicemail server
• Recommendation Yes

• Question Who wants to implement this?
• History has been held up by suggestions that URI
  is a better approach.
• We now have this approach documented. All the
  information to make a decisions is available.
• History allows the VM system to figure out what
  service to provide.
• Voicemail URI allows the proxy to tell the VM
  what service to provide.
• Recommendation I dont care but decide soon.
