  Coordinator
• Person might also be the MEAP Coordinator
• Responsible for coordinating ALL aspects of
  MI-Access
• Primary contact for MDE and BETA/TASA
• Appropriate assessment practices and ethical
  standards

• Make sure School MI-Access Coordinators and
  assessment administrators are trained EVERY year.
• How to administer
• How to complete scan documents
• Distribute assessment materials
• Ensure assessment materials are secure
• Security Compliance Forms

DURING

• Must be accessible for questions
• Monitor assessments
• Order materials, if needed
• Keep materials secure

AFTER

• Make sure all assessment materials are returned
• Check materials for accuracy
• Prepare assessment materials for shipping

• MUST be shipped by due date
