• The combined energy savings of these buildings
  was almost 6.25 Million
• Equal to 0.87 per square foot
• Payback on average within 3 years
• Of 16 buildings with payback information

• Incremental first costs 1.18 per s.f.
• 10 had incremental first costs under 1
