- Starting in 1999, provides rebates for purchasing
alternate fuel vehicles, converting an existing
vehicle to an alternate fuel, or for E-85 or
Biodiesel fuel purchases - Program is open to small businesses,
corporations, local governments, non-profit
organizations, schools and universities,
utilities, individuals - Note Federal Government is not eligible

- A vehicle may receive an E-85 or Biodiesel (B20)
fuel rebate for up to 3 consecutive years - Rebates are issued as long as the fuel costs more
to use (including energy content)
