Material Specifications Notes

• Hospitality Resources Design specializes only
  in Hospitality Design. We are knowledgeable, and
  are used to meeting standards required by most
  Franchise hotel and timeshare companies, such as
  Doubletree, Hilton, Holiday Inn, etc
• The materials specified in our projects meet
  certain standards and specifications manufactured
  for hospitality use.
• The bed scarves, bed skirts, and window treatment
  fabrics are made of Avora, which is highly
  practical for use of this application. The window
  treatment fabrics are all FR Rated.
• Upholstery fabrics all meet a minimum standard of
  30,000 double rubs, stain repellant finish, or
  Crypton fabrics.
• Recommended casegoods are wood veneer with high
  pressure laminate tops and solid wood edging.
  Glass can also be used if desired.
• Lighting should have powder coat hardware to
  resist corrosion.
• Note We do apologize for some of the lack of
  detailed information, given the time element of
  less than a week to prepare this. We will be glad

About Hospitality Resources Design

• Hospitality Resources Design is located in
  Orlando, Florida, close to the Orlando Airport.
• We offer interior design, purchasing,
  installation, and project management services.
• We have worked extensively with various hotel and
  timeshare companies.
• Our recent projects include working with several
  national timeshare companies, such as Bluegreen
  Resorts, Orange lake Resorts, VRI projects and
  many hotel projects.
• We have been awarded several ARDA awards for
  timeshare design.
