Family Tree

• You will all be required to bring construction
  paper home and trace the hands of your family
  members.
• If you cannot trace a family members hand just
  trace your own.
• Be sure to write their name on their hands and
  their title.

Who is in your tree??

• You will be required to include the names
• and titles of
• Mom
• Dad
• Siblings (Sisters and Brothers)
• Grandparents on both sides of your family

Getting Started

• The student of the day will pass out large
  construction paper for background tree trunks.
• You will all glue the trunk to the paper and
  begin placing your leaves (hands) in the
  appropriate places.
• Once they are in order you will glue them onto
  the large construction paper above the trunk.

The Final Product

• After you get your leaves glued on you can title
  your family tree (EX. Jannas Family Tree or The
  Hardman Family) and add any little extras to your
  picture.
• Once everyone is done you will all present your
  family tree to the class.
