• Wired Apprenticeship will be administered through
  Finger Lakes Workforce Investment Board
• Will leverage curriculum, supplies, equipment,
  and expertise of the Northeast Biomanufacturing
  Center and Collaborative
• Begin with Apprentices in Quality Control Tech,
  Quality Assurance Tech, and Validation Tech.
• Bristol-Myers Squibb to add 660 new jobs (110 in
  Syracuse and 550 in new plant in Devens, MA)
