Only a few changes

• Uses 128-bit address fields instead of 32-bit
• Uses new way to keep track of broadcasts
• Using fragment offset id no longer works
• BPI MD5 (non-mutable IPv6 Packet Data)
• New option to make sure its unique!
• Idea for a flood data hop-by-hop option
• Option data includes destination address
• Looks like a RREQ data
• Should RREP be optional?
