If you eat from all of the foods in the food
pyramid you will have a balanced diet. You also
need to keep clean and to get your rest to stay
healthy. You need to eat grains, vegetables,
fruits, milk, meats and beans, and a small amount
of oil for a healthy and balanced diet. -James

oil, nut oil, canola oil and soy bean oil. Even
though oil is not a food group, some oil is
needed for good health. Oils are found in animals

teeth. Do not eat too much cake it will rot your
teeth. It is all right to eat candy sometimes.

plaque from the bottom of your gums. Flossing is
important because it also keeps your teeth clean.
If you dont keep your teeth clean you will get

Sleep is as important to the body as eating right
and being active. Lack of sleep can make it
