The Pyramid
  • There are six group
  • 1. Bread
  • 2. Fruits
  • 3. Vegetables
  • 4. Meat
  • 5. Milk
  • 6. Sweets

The Bread group
  • We need to have 6 to 11 servings of the bread
    group.
  • The bread group includes bread, cereal, rice,
    gain, and pasta.

Vegetables Group
  • We need to have 3 to 5 servings of vegetables.
  • The vegetable group includes green beans, corn,
    peas, tomato, carrots, and etc.

Fruit Group
  • We need to have 2 to 4 servings of fruits.
  • In the fruit group, it includes apples, oranges,
    grapes, pineapple, banana, and etc.

Dairy Group
  • We need to have 2-3 servings of dairy.
  • In the dairy group, it includes cheese, milk, and
    yogurt.

Meat Group
  • We need to have 2 to 3 servings of meat or
    poultry.
  • In the meat group, it includes pork, beef, fish,
    poultry, and etc.

Sweet or Fats Group
  • We shouldnt a lots of sweet or fats. This group
    should be use sparingly.
  • In the sweet and fats group, it includes candy,
    cake, ice cream, and chocolate.
