  Sovereignty Resolution.

Secession v. Dissolution

• Nothing can secede from something that does not
  exist.
• State acknowledges lawful entity it secedes from.
• State becomes violator of constitution by
  seceding from lawful entity.
• Union is binding on all states if union officials
  abide by the constitution.
• The seceding state and its citizens become rebels
  to overthrow lawful union.

• State perceives the form of union government it
  agreed to is no longer present.
• There is no lawful union of states to secede
  from.
• Those pretending to be in federal authority are
  rebels having overthrown the union by changing
  its form without consent by amendment and
  violation of constitutional provisions.
