Every Child is Special

• The starting points are that
• Every child has a right to the best education
  possible
• Every child has a right to expect that
  opportunities exist for them to develop to their
  full potential
• Every child has a right to have their talents and
  gifts fully developed
• Every child has the right to be treated as a
  special individual in his or her own right
• No child must be forgotten and their future
  wasted because of neglect on our part.
