21Every Child is Special
- The starting points are that
- Every child has a right to the best education
possible - Every child has a right to expect that
opportunities exist for them to develop to their
full potential - Every child has a right to have their talents and
gifts fully developed - Every child has the right to be treated as a
special individual in his or her own right - No child must be forgotten and their future
wasted because of neglect on our part.
