Objectives

• Business agility - Business areas will have the
  ability to precisely define which services will
  be available to discrete groups of people.
• System robustness - Consistent provision of
  accounts throughout the day.  
• Faster access - Once a users' details have been
  entered into the system their account will be
  available for use within a target of one hour. 
• Easier and more economical maintenance - The
  current code is written in an outdated technology
  and is costly to maintain.
• Better data quality - Matched data based on
  better quality authoritative sources.
