Conclusion
  • 11.3 died in one year but 9.3 in first 4
    months. Low CD4 and poor health status are main
    factors leading to Death
  • 1.3 stop ART in first year
  • (exclude death prisoners)

  • Safer sexual risk behavior is much improve at 12
    months

Conclusion
  • Factors related to adherence
  • Perception to ART, self efficacy, QOL,
    discrimination, relationship with health personal
    peer educator in ARM II are significantly
    better that ARM III
  • However since adherence is very high (gt 95)
    99in all ARMs, so we can not demonstrate any
    association between those factors and Patients
    adherence in this study
