  OBD diagnostic port by using our new OptiCan Free
  TV and our software.
• The method does not change any other parameters
  in the car

• A pc either a laptop or other kind, with MS
  Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP
• Internet connection

• Recommendation
• It is dangerous to watch TV while the car is in
  movement. The driver has to make sure that he is
  operating within the law in the country or state
  that he is driving.
• We have now responsibility for what the driver
  choose to do with the TV Free function.
• OptiCan TV Free is constructed only for making
  the car drive for the passenger more enjoyable
  the driver must NOT use the TV while the car is
  moving!!
