- Removal of Examiner menu
- New Extras menu
6Inbox Automation
- Runs checks at user-defined interval on incoming
datasheets - since this is an IMDS-a2 Optimizer
function, Inbox Automation will only work while
logged into an IMDS-a2 Optimizer session and if
Inbox Automation started on the session. - Can automatically accept MDSs, rejection requires
review of errors/warning although text is
provided

Start/Stop checks

Select specific MDSs to check
Checks all open MDSs
Decide whether this is information only or
whether you want to accept automatically no
reject automatically
Select Examiner profile to use

If you want the rejection reasons to be
automatically be populated, you have to reject
from Inbox Automation

All Examiner messages pre-populated and you can
edit and change. When message complete - send
12Inbox Automation Checks
- Using Extras gt Examiner Profile, set up in one
profile all the checks you want to make - Using Optimizer gt Inbox Automation, decide
whether youre going to just check for incoming
or check what is already there, set the profile
and if you want to automatically accept and be
sure to START the check - (Optional) Double click on any of the items to
bring up the ingredients screen to see the
flagged issues - If not automatically accepting, if desired,
accept those with no issues or minor issues - Highlight the item and click on Reject to see the
reasons for rejection make any desired changes
to the text and send

By default, your substances are going to be
flagged as in IMDS with the GADSL substances

You can select something else, but you will have
to collapse the tree and reopen to activate the
filter

unmatched nodes (node or its related MDS is
deleted, related MDS is not yet released or
non-substance node without child nodes)

invalid nodes (substance node without parent
material node, node or its related MDS is deleted)

- List supplier information for each referenced MDS
used in the selected MDS and their status
