• Here are books and other teaching supplies but
  those are not adequate to professional
  programmes, and most of teaching / learning
  material has no special marks of the Ministry of
  Science and Education.
• Books are old - fashioned (until 1985 the
  highest percent) and those are used only because
  of here is no newly published books
• The biggest number of compendiums are prepared by
  teachers and those are not published and this is
  a premise to hypothesize that its quality is not
  always high and the accessibility is limited
• Many supplies for books are prepared by teachers
  and this is not adequate to published teaching
  learning material quality.
