4Click on Membership Update Center
5Select Click here to begin
6Update your advisors
Note This is important for EVERYONE to do. Make
sure the information Kiwanis has on record for
your advisors is correct. This should include
your faculty and Kiwanis advisors! Even if you
have the same advisors as last year, please check
this information.
7Adding and deleting advisors
If Q.J is no longer your advisor, click on that
name and an option will appear to delete that
person. Follow the instructions on the screen to
add a new faculty and/or Kiwanis advisor.
8Deleting members
The only old members you should delete are those
who have officially graduated or will not be
returning to CKI. Once they are deleted an
symbol will appear next to the name. If you make
a mistake, you can go back and un-delete the
name.
9Updating members
If a member is no longer a member, click delete
on the left side of their name. If you make a
mistake, click on the name, and on the next
screen click Undelete. Hit back on your browser
and the member should be active again. If any
members information has changed, such as e-mail
address, etc., be sure to update it as well. Its
important to have as much information as possible
on file for Kiwanis International.
Now that youre finished deleting members, its
time to add the new ones!
10Adding members
The Web site will ask you if you have new
members. Click yes and submit.
11Adding members
Click on add. The next screen will ask for some
basic information about your new members, such as
address, phone number, date of birth, expected
graduation date, etc. Enter as much information
as you know.
12New member added
13New names appear on roster
Once you have added all your new members, click
the finished link at the bottom of the page.
14Finish your updates
15Generate your invoice
At this point, you should be set to generate and
print the invoice.
16Youre almost done!
Follow all directions on the screen. Most clubs
opt to use the printable invoice. This page will
include a place for credit card information. You
can also choose to use PayPal online.
17Check information again
At the top of the page you should see your club
information, advisors, sponsoring Kiwanis club,
along with how many members you are paying for.
18Finish the process
You should see the total amount of dues and fees.
International dues depend on what tier your club
is in and district dues vary by district. Follow
the instructions in the bright yellow box and the
