• Duplicate records may be created during the
  SORTING of a review file depending on the field
  used
• Dedupe after SORTING if you see the record number
  increase in size

• Select fields to export (from which record type)
• - b ltTABgt t (b for bib, t for title)
• - i ltTABgt 79 (i for item, 79 for LOC)
• Put in the order you want fields to display as
  columns
• - Left to right in Excel
• FIELD DELIMITER
• - Change to more unique ascii character like ,
  or
• REPEATED FIELD DELIMITER (e.g., Note or Lib Has
  field)
• - Set to NONE to have field data display
  together in one
• column
• OUTPUT FILE
• - Use BROWSE button to navigate to desktop
• - Make sure the file type is a text file (.txt)
