  • The cart is divided into five sub assemblies
    according to functionality.
  • Left Front Wheel, Right Front Wheel, Steering
    Wheel and Driver
  • Left Rear Wheel, Right Rear Wheel, Rear Axle and
    Brake System
  • Engine, Exhaust Pipe, (Gear Box) and Fuel Tank
  • Chassis, Floor, Front End, Rear End and Pedals
  • Roll Cage and Seat
  • This shows the force applied on the four wheels
    of the kart when it met obstacles of different
    height.

  • The final assembly has been made in Solid Works
    , UGS and CATIA. STEP neutral exchange format has
    been used for data exchange. IGES data exchange
    format created some errors in geometry
    conversion. The housing has been manufacturing
    by using rapid prototyping.
