What are Core Values?
  • -Core values are attitudes and beliefs that help

behaviors and mold what we believe.

Core Values Examples
We need to decipher what our core values are.
We can use other Religious Organizations as a
guide.

  • Habitat helps to break the cycle of poverty and
    hopelessness.
  • Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with
God and people everywhere, from all walks of
life, to develop communities with people in need
by building and renovating houses so that there
are decent houses in decent communities in which
every person can experience God?s love and can
live and grow into all that God intends.

Increasing Core Values
  • We could use a questionnaire or interview along
with some behavioral observations. The questions
    could include some such as

1.) Taking equipment from the office for
personal use with the intent of returning it at
a later date is..? a. Fine, as long as I bring
it back. b. Against my ideals. c. That is
stealing.
  • Using an interview can allow for observations to
reactions to questions regarding core values.

6
Increasing Core Values
  • Companies can do this by strictly observing their
hired employees for the desired core values.
  • They can also use customer surveys on how their
experience was and whom they dealt with inside of
    the organization
  • Managers can do timely checks on their employees
to see how they match up periodically to the set
    core values.

7
Projected Growth
  • To project growth a consultant must understand
determine the current state of the company. To
do that a consultant will use secondary data.

Secondary data are data which have already been
collected for purposes other than the problem at
hand. These data can usually be located quickly
and cheaply.
